Hanging roller coaster in Walibi
Condor is a hanging roller coaster. The difference with a normal roller coaster is that the train hangs under the track on this type of roller coaster. Condor takes you to an altitude of 32 meters and at a top speed of 80 kilometers per hour it swings you five times over the head. You'll finish the 662 meter long roller coaster in just over a minute and a half.
...that Condor was the first hanging roller coaster on the European mainland in 1994?
...that Condor was the first hanging roller coaster in the world with two seats next to each other instead of four?
Condor was called "El Condor" until 2013? That explains why many fans of Walibi Holland still call the roller coaster 'El Condor' today.
