Are you experiencing mobility issues or having difficulty with long queues? Visit the Guest Service in our park to request an access wristband. This wristband grants you the right to use Walibi’s accessibility program for guests with disabilities during your visit*.
Is your physical disability not visible? In that case, we require a clear statement confirming that you are unable to stand in a queue for an extended period.
Please note!
You are only eligible for a wristband if you can provide valid proof that it is necessary. This proof must be an official document no older than two years and must clearly state that you cannot stand in a queue for a long time. Walibi requires this documentation because guests with less visible disabilities (such as autism) are also eligible for this arrangement, and our staff cannot assess individual cases.
*Guests with disabilities must always be accompanied by a companion who is at least 16 years old and at least 1.40 m tall. Guests with a non-visible disability receive a red wristband, allowing one companion to join them under this arrangement. Guests with a physical disability receive a purple wristband, which allows up to three companions.
