Facilities

BABY SERVICES

Several toilets have changing tables where you can change your baby. These locations are indicated on the park map. In several restaurants there are microwaves to warm up bottles or food.

As we want you to enjoy our attractions as much as possible, but unfortunately they are not always suitable for our youngest guests, we have a "baby change" service. This service works as follows: "Guest A" waits in the regular queue for his/her turn. In the meantime, "Guest B" waits with the child at the exit of the attraction and reports to a staff member. At this employee "Guest B" indicates to use the baby change service. As soon as it is "Guest A"'s turn, "Guest B" is allowed to enter the attraction through the exit and "Guest A" stays with the child. So "Guest B" does not have to wait in the queue.

SERVICE YOUNG CHILDREN

At the Guest Service there is the possibility to pick up a wristband. On it you can leave the name of your child and your mobile phone number. Lost children should report to a Walibi employee as soon as possible. Our employees will then contact you directly. Lost children will be escorted to the first aid station.

PICNICKING

It is allowed to bring your own food and drinks to Walibi. Picnic areas are indicated on the park.

FIRST AID

The first aid is located next to the Sugar Shot shop, near the Super Swing floating mill. Here, if necessary, you will be helped quickly and effectively by the qualified and experienced staff of the first aid.

LUGGAGE LOCKERS

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring loose objects into several attractions. Walibi advises you never to leave personal belongings unguarded. You can rent a locker at the Sunset Souvenirs store. Lockers cost €5 for a medium and €7 for a large locker per day. A QR code allows you to book the lockers online and pay via online. This QR code is valid for 1 day.

DOGS

Dogs are not allowed in the park. Walibi does not have kennels where you can leave your dog. Guide dogs for the blind and dogs of people with physical or mental disabilities are the only dogs that are allowed to enter Walibi. Assistance dogs must be clearly recognizable.

BICYCLE SHED

At Walibi Holland you can park your bike for free in an unguarded bike shed. This bicycle shed is located on the parking lot in front of the entrance of the park.

FOUND OBJECTS

ATM

You can withdraw money at the following locations in the park:

  • Hall of Fame
  • Guest Service

BUGGIES

Walibi has buggies that you can rent. You pay € 5,- plus a deposit of € 50,-. You can rent a buggy at the shop Sunset Souvenirs. It is not possible to book buggies.

DISABLED PEOPLE

Are you having trouble walking or are you having trouble with long queues? Ask the Guest Service for an access tape. This band gives you the right to use the disabled access scheme in Walibi with 3 guides during your visit to the park. If your physical disability is not visible, a doctor's certificate is required in order to obtain an access badge.

Please note!

You are only entitled to an admission ticket if you prove that this ticket is necessary for you by showing a valid doctor's certificate (maximum 2 years old). This declaration is from an independent doctor, stating that you are not able to visit the park and/or attractions without help. Walibi asks for this declaration, because visitors with less visible disabilities (such as autism) are also covered by this regulation, and our staff cannot make the assessment themselves. During festivals or very busy days, there is a maximum limit to the use of this regulation. So there is a maximum number of attractions where you can use the attraction via the exit.
