To visit the park, you’ll need to assign a specific date to your ticket first. This process changes your undated ticket into a dated ticket. Follow these steps to convert your undated ticket into a dated ticket:
Set Your Ticket to a Date at Least 24 Hours in Advance: You must set your undated ticket to a specific date at least 24 hours before your visit. If you do this later, it might not be processed in time, and you will not gain automatic access. In such cases, you must check in at the group ticket counter.
Bring Your Original Undated Ticket: On the day of your visit, bring your undated ticket (this was sent to you by email when you purchased it during the promotional period). The original ticket now contains a barcode with the date of your visit and serves as your entry pass to the park.
Bring the New Ticket for Extra Assurance: For added security, also bring the new ticket you received after converting your undated ticket. This ensures smooth entry into the park.
One-Time Date Change: Make sure you choose your visit date carefully. Your undated ticket can only be converted once to a specific date. Once the date is set, you cannot change it again.
Check Availability: Be sure to check the Opening Calendar to confirm that your desired date is available. If the date is not available, it could be because the park is closed, or the day is not available for your undated ticket. Try selecting a different date.
