Terms of the Spring Break deal

Package
• With the Spring Break Deal (hereinafter: Promotion), you stay 2 nights at Walibi Village, and 1 Walibi Holland ticket per person is included.

Price
• With the Promotion, you pay €40 for the second night in a 4-person cottage or €80 for an 8-person cottage, regardless of the number of guests. This equals €10 per person when the cottage is fully occupied.
• The promotional price is:
o €442 for a 4-person cottage (1st night: €402 + 2nd night: €40)
o €644 for an 8-person cottage (1st night: €564 + 2nd night: €80)
• The promotional price excludes tourist tax (€1.65 p.p.p.n.). This can be paid via a payment link, which you will receive by email from Walibi Village after your reservation.
• You are not entitled to additional tickets or any form of compensation if the cottage is occupied by fewer guests.

Availability & Booking
• The Promotion can only be booked via walibi.nl.
• The Promotion is available for booking from April 9 to May 2, 2025, or while supplies last (first come, first served).
• Subject to availability, you can choose a stay between April 20 and May 5, 2025, with the latest arrival date being May 3, 2025.
• A limited number of cottages is available per arrival date (first come, first served). If the selected arrival date is no longer available, this means it is fully booked.
• Note: In the booking module, the arrival date is referred to as the "visit date."
• When selecting an arrival date, 2 nights from that date will automatically be booked.
• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Walibi Holland. Within a few days, you will also receive an email from Walibi Village to complete your reservation.

Access to Walibi Holland
• The Promotion includes 1 Walibi Holland ticket (hereinafter: ticket) per person.
• A ticket is only valid during your stay at Walibi Village and can be used on any day between your arrival and departure date.
• Upon arrival, you will confirm your preferred visit date and receive your ticket(s).
• A ticket is valid for one-time use on the chosen date and grants access for the full opening day. If the ticket is not used on the selected date, it will expire.
• It is not possible to change the date of the ticket.
• Tickets are personal and may not be transferred to other members of your party or to third parties.
• Tickets cannot be used in combination with other promotions and/or discounts.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged at Walibi Holland/Walibi Village for cash, products, other tickets, or otherwise.
• Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
• Walibi Holland/Walibi Village are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of a ticket.

General Terms
• In addition to these promotional terms, the standard booking terms and the park regulations of Walibi Village apply. For your visit to Walibi Holland, the park regulations of Walibi Holland also apply.

Changes & Cancellation
• Walibi Holland/Walibi Village reserve the right to change and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Agreement
• By booking this Promotion, you agree to the above terms, the standard booking terms, the park regulations of Walibi Village, and the park regulations of Walibi Holland.

Terms Summer Holiday Deal

Package
• With the Walibi Village Summer Vacation Deal (hereinafter: the Deal), you stay 7 nights at Walibi Village and receive either 2 Walibi Holland tickets per person or a 2025 Walibi Holland season pass. You will receive one season pass per person, valid for unlimited visits to Walibi Holland through January 4, 2026.

Price
• The Deal price is:
    €950 for a 4-person cottage + 2 Walibi Holland tickets per person
    €1150 for a 4-person cottage + Walibi Holland season pass 2025 per person
    €1250 for an 8-person cottage + 2 Walibi Holland tickets per person
    €1650 for an 8-person cottage + Walibi Holland season pass 2025 per person
• The Deal price is exclusive of tourist tax (€1.65 p.p.p.n.). This can be paid via a payment link sent to you by email after your reservation from Walibi Village.
• You are not entitled to additional tickets/passes or any form of compensation if the cottage is occupied by fewer guests.

Availability and Booking
• The Deal is only bookable via walibi.nl.
• The Deal is available for booking from April 9 through August 28, 2025, or while supplies last (first come, first served).
• Depending on availability, you can choose a stay between July 4 and September 5, 2025, with the latest possible arrival date being August 29, 2025. Arrival is always on a Friday.
• A limited number of cottages are available for each date under the Deal (first come, first served). If a date can no longer be selected, that means it is fully booked.
• Note: in the booking module, the arrival date is referred to as the “visit date.”
• When selecting an arrival date, 7 nights from that date will automatically be reserved.
• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Walibi Holland. Within a few days, you will also receive an email from Walibi Village to complete your reservation.

Access to Walibi Holland
Deal including 2 tickets per person
• The Deal includes 2 Walibi Holland tickets (hereinafter: "Ticket") per person.
• A ticket is only valid during your stay at Walibi Village and may be used on a day of your choice, from your arrival day until your departure day.
• Upon arrival, you indicate your preferred visit days and receive your ticket(s).
• A ticket is valid for one-time entry on the selected date and is valid for the full day of park operations. If not used on that date, the ticket becomes void.
• It is not possible to change the ticket date.
• A ticket is personal and non-transferable to other guests or third parties.
• A ticket is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or discounts.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged at Walibi Holland/Walibi Village for cash, products, other tickets, or anything else.
• Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
• Walibi Holland/Walibi Village are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of a ticket.

Deal including 1 season pass per person
• The Deal includes 1 Walibi Holland 2025 season pass (hereinafter: "pass") per person.
• The pass is a regular individual season pass. For more information, visit: walibi.nl/walibi-pass and walibi.nl/nl/tickets/abonnementen/voorwaarden.
• The pass is valid from the arrival date through January 4, 2026.
• Upon arrival, you receive a Walibi Holland ticket and a personal voucher. These can be exchanged at the Guest Service at Walibi Holland for your pass. Your pass will be issued on the spot. A photo will be taken there for your pass.
• It is not possible to change the validity period of the pass.
• A pass is personal and non-transferable to other guests or third parties.
• A pass is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or discounts.
• Passes cannot be exchanged at Walibi Holland/Walibi Village for cash, products, tickets, or anything else.
• Passes may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
• Walibi Holland/Walibi Village are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of a pass.

General Terms
• In addition to these Deal Terms, the standard reservation terms and the park regulations of Walibi Village apply. For your visit to Walibi Holland, the park rules of Walibi Holland also apply. Changes and Termination
• Walibi Holland/Walibi Village reserve the right to modify and/or terminate the Deal at any time.

Agreement
• By booking this Deal, you agree to the above terms, the standard reservation terms, the park regulations of Walibi Village, and the park regulations of Walibi Holland.
