Season Passes Walibi Holland

These are the Terms of Subscriptions of Walibi Holland B.V. (hereinafter referred to as Walibi Holland).

The Buyer: the Buyer is either a consumer or a professional Buyer. A consumer is defined as any person not acting in the course of a profession or business. The professional Buyer is defined as any person who does not fall under the definition of consumer. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to the professional Buyer. 

Subscriptions general
  • A subscription is registered under a specific name and is strictly personal. You cannot share your subscription with anyone else.
  • Ensure that the complete and accurate details of the subscription holder are provided. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in the subscription being blocked.
  • Walibi Holland aims to provide the subscription to the holder as quickly as possible.
  • Remember to bring your subscription with you on every visit. At the entrance, you must personally present your subscription. Your subscription will be checked for validity, and the photo will be used to confirm your identity as the rightful holder. If you cannot present your subscription, access may be denied.
    • The photo uploaded with your subscription must clearly depict you. Photos with sunglasses, extreme filters, or featuring multiple people will not be accepted. The photo must be of good quality, allowing Walibi personnel to identify you at the gate.
  • Depending on the current measures, you may need to reserve a visit day. Use the code noted on your subscription for this purpose. If you haven't received your subscription yet but want to reserve a day at Walibi Holland, please contact info@walibiholland.nl or via Walibi Whatsapp at 0858 081557.
  • Walibi Holland reserves the right to modify the benefits and terms of subscriptions during the season due to force majeure or external factors such as COVID-19. There is no refund policy for this.
  • Ensure your subscription is not damaged. Severe damage may result in park access being denied.
  • Walibi Holland is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of the subscription. If you lose your subscription or it is severely damaged, you can apply for a new one at the Group Cashier of Walibi Holland. Administrative fees of €7.50 will be charged for this. To replace the subscription, the holder must be present and provide a valid ID.
  • If the subscription holder forgets the subscription, access can only be granted by purchasing a new subscription, with administrative fees of €7.50. Again, the holder must be present and provide a valid ID to replace the subscription.
  • In case of misuse of the subscription, including fraud such as passing on or reselling subscription tickets, Walibi reserves the right to confiscate and block the subscription. There is no refund policy for this.
  • By entering the park, the subscription holder agrees to Walibi Holland's park regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the confiscation and blocking of the subscription, with no refund policy. The park regulations can be found at walibi.nl/algemene-voorwaarden.
  • Children up to 2 years old can visit the park for free and do not require a subscription. Children aged 3 and above need their own subscription, subject to the regular subscription rate.
Validity
  • The subscription is valid indefinitely during the regular opening days of the season for which the subscription is purchased. Halloween Spooky Days are included. Check here for the current opening days and times.
  • With a regular subscription, you get two entries to Halloween Fright Nights days in 2024* and two entries to Bright Nights 2024/2025 with a pre-made reservation based on availability. A limited number of tickets are available per date, which may result in you not being able to visit Halloween Fright Nights or Bright Nights on your preferred day. Note: the tickets are personalized.
  • It is not possible to visit the park with a subscription during special events, privatized days, and sold-out days (without a valid reservation), unless otherwise stated.
  • For the safety of guests, Walibi Holland reserves the right to close its doors in case of large visitor numbers. This also applies to subscription holders.
    • With a Walibi subscription Fright Nights plus, you can visit Halloween Fright Nights unlimitedly with a pre-made reservation. Note: the tickets are personalized.
Special measures
  • If it is necessary to manage visitor numbers through reservation-based visits, the following conditions and procedures apply to subscription holders. These conditions and procedures may be initiated or discontinued by Walibi Holland at any time during the season.
  • You can only access the park with a pre-made reservation based on availability. A limited number of tickets are available per date, which may result in you not being able to visit Walibi on your preferred day. There is no refund policy for this.
  • For each visit to the park, you must bring both your subscription and your reservation confirmation. At the entrance, your reservation will be checked for validity for the day of your visit, and whether the details match those on your subscription.
  • If you have not yet received your Walibi subscription but wish to visit Walibi, you can reserve a visit day with a temporary barcode. You will receive this temporary barcode after ordering your subscription. Make sure you can present this temporary barcode on the day of your visit.
  • You can receive a €15 refund for an subscription, equivalent to the regular box office rate, upon surrendering a used ticket at the park. This discount is only valid at Guest Service at the park and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The discount is only valid with a used ticket dated for the day on which you wish to purchase the subscription at a discount. One subscription can be purchased per used ticket. It is not possible to purchase a subscription for someone who is not present. The terms and conditions described on this page apply to the purchased subscription.
Parking pass
  • The subscription holder can purchase a parking subscription for a fee. The parking subscription allows the use of the parking lot for one car per day during the respective season in which it is purchased.
  • The parking subscription is not tied to a specific license plate.
  • The parking subscription is only valid in combination with a park visit during regular opening hours.
  • Parking is free during Halloween Fright Nights.
Types of passes
  • The Walibi subscription is a regular subscription valid for one person.
  • The Walibi friends subscription is for a minimum of 4 people. Each person receives a personalized subscription.
  • The Walibi friends subscription requires a minimum of 4 subscriptions per order.
  • The Walibi family subscription is a family subscription valid for 4 or 5 family members. Each family member receives a personalized subscription.
  • The Walibi family subscription requires a minimum of 4 subscriptions per order.
  • The Walibi family subscription is only valid for one or two parents plus unmarried dependent children under 21 years old. Additional unmarried dependent family members under 21 years old can be added to the subscription at the Group Cashier for €40 per family member. Unfortunately, this cannot be done online.
  • The friends and family subscriptions are discounted rates and are not valid in combination with other promotions and discounts.
  • The Walibi Halloween Fright Nights plus subscription provides unlimited access to Halloween Fright Nights based on reservation. For more information, refer to Chapter 2. Validity.
  • Subscription holders with a friends or family subscription can visit the park individually from each other.
Discounts and Benefits (Subscription 2025)
  • By presenting your valid Walibi pass, you receive a 10% discount on Food & Beverage and Merchandise, with the exception of paid attractions and alcohol. The discount is not valid in combination with other promotions and discounts within Walibi Holland.

New discounts and benefits at partner parks for the 2025 pass will be added to this page soon.

Discounts and Benefits (Subscription 2024)
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription, you will receive a 10% discount on Food and Beverage purchases and Merchandise within Walibi Holland, excluding paid attractions and alcohol. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts within Walibi Holland.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office, you will receive a 50% discount on regular adult entrance tickets at Parc Astérix, Bellewaerde, Walibi Belgium, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Futuroscope, Family Park, Chaplin’s World, and Grévin.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office and with a pre-made reservation, you will receive a 40% discount on regular adult entrance tickets at Avonturenpark Hellendoorn for the 2024 season. The reservation must be made in advance through the Avonturenpark Hellendoorn website. Check the partner's website for exact opening days and times.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office, you will receive a 40% discount on regular entrance tickets at Diergaarde Blijdorp for the 2024 season. Check the partner's website for exact opening days and times.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office, you will receive a 30% discount on regular adult entrance tickets at Safaripark Beekse Bergen, Speelland Beekse Bergen, AquaZoo Leeuwarden, ZooParc Overloon, Dierenrijk, and Luchtvaartmuseum Aviodrome for the 2024 season. Check the partner's website for exact opening days and times.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office and with a pre-made reservation online, you will receive a 20% discount on regular adult entrance tickets at Toverland from February 10, 2024, to January 12, 2025. The offer is only valid for individuals over 140 cm and is personalized.
  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi subscription at the ticket office, you will receive a 40% discount on regular entrance tickets at GaiaZOO for the 2024 season. Check the partner's website for exact opening days and times.
  • Walibi Holland subscription holders receive a 40% discount on visits to the following parks: Plopsa Indoor Coevorden, Plopsaland De Panne, Plopsaqua De Panne, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, Plopsa Station Antwerp, Plopsaqua Hannut-Landen, Plopsa Coo, and Holiday Park. Walibi Holland subscription holders can purchase their discounted tickets both online and at the ticket office. Online, subscribers can select the option 'I have a subscription at a partner park' and enter the discount code WALIBIHOLLAND40. At the ticket office, discounted tickets can be purchased upon presentation of their valid subscription card. The offer is valid for all regular opening days from January 8, 2024, to January 5, 2025. For specific rates and opening hours, please refer to the Plopsa website.
  • Please check the partner's website for more information about children's tickets and free admission for certain ages and/or heights.
  • The discounts on day trips are not valid in combination with other promotions and/or tickets.
  • The discounts are valid during the regular opening days of the park in 2024. Special event days, such as Halloween, are excluded. Check the opening days on the website of the respective park.
  • The discount is valid as long as the (local) measures of the respective park allow it, for example, regarding COVID-19. If discounts have to be canceled due to tightened measures, the pass holder will be informed. There is no refund policy for this.
Cancelation
  • The subscription cannot be terminated prematurely; the subscription holder is not entitled to a refund.
Privacy
  • The information provided by you will be handled by Walibi Holland in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
