Disabled persons: special arrangement

Walibi Holland wants to offer guests with a handicap, disability or special needs a fun and safe day out in our park. In our park, we therefore offer special facilities such as adapted toilets, parking and an accessibility scheme that applies to the rides. Guests who want to know whether they qualify for the accessibility scheme can report to the park's Guest Service department or send an email to info@walibiholland.nl prior to their visit.

The use of the accessibility scheme does not give priority, but offers the possibility of using the virtual queue. This virtual queue is equal for guests using this arrangement to the actual waiting time for guests in the regular queues at the different attractions.

On the flyer you can see which different attractions you can use. This depends on your mobility.

HOW DOES THE REGULATION WORK?

Using the accessibility program does not grant priority but allows you to wait outside the regular queue. The wait time for guests using this program is the same as the current wait time for guests in the regular queues for the different rides.

You can only use this program for the rides if you submit a signed ‘Accessibility Program Request’ form at the Guest Service, have the flyer along with a red or purple accessibility wristband with the correct date, and if the Guest Service has activated the accessibility mode in your virtual queue account.

Tip: Create an account in the Walibi App in advance so you can enjoy the park faster.

Important Information

Using the virtual queue is mandatory and the only option to access the accessibility program.
Check the flyer carefully to see the best way to access different rides, as this depends on your mobility.
In general, people with health conditions or medical disorders are advised not to go on rides, as the sensations they produce may worsen their condition.
You must always be accompanied by a companion who is at least 16 years old and 1.40 m tall. If you have a non-visible disability, you will receive a red wristband, allowing one person to accompany you. If you have a physical disability and receive a purple wristband, up to three people may accompany you.
If you have a purple wristband, you may be required to sit in a designated seat on the ride.

Access to rides

Through the Fast Lane entrance: Xpress: Platform 13, Condor, Space Shot, Goliath, Untamed, Lost Gravity, Crazy River and Speed of Sound.

For the other rides, you will gain access through the exit.

If you are less agile : Through the exit of the ride, unless otherwise indicated on the flyer.

Deviant accessibility

Via the ride's regular exit, unless specified otherwise below.

The following rides are accessible via a different entrance:

1	Xpress: Platform 13	Report to the exit (through Till ya drop shop). When the sliding doors open, the attendant should report to the clerk.
25	Crazy River	Via theFast Lane entrance.
8	Condor	Via the Fast Lane entrance.

The following rides are hard to access:

3	La Grande Roue	Via the exit; you will encounter three steps..
42	Super Swing	Via the exit; you will encounter seven steps.
22	Blast	Via the exit; you will encounter seven steps.

Disabled persons

WHEN DO I QUALIFY FOR THE SCHEME?
Guests can make use of the accessibility scheme in the following situations:

They have a (visible) handicap, disability or special needs*;
They have a European Disabled Parking Permit;
They have a service dog.

*If your handicap, disability or special needs is/are not visible, we may ask you for more information in order to determine whether you qualify for the accessibility scheme.
WHEELCHAIR

You can get a wheelchair from the Guest Service department, which is located on the left-hand side of the street near the park's entrance. Note that wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance and their availability is limited. Wheelchairs are not available on the Halloween Fright Nights days.

Guests with a disability may visit the park together with their guide dog or service dog.
